I took Cranial-Sacral classes in the past and wanted to refresh my memory on the subject. This class went beyond my expectation. I actually understood things I had not before!

So glad there are so many wonderful courses available through the Institute for Integrative Healthcare Studies. I get so much more out of taking these courses through correspondence or via online than I would attending a weekend seminar. You can go at your own pace and rewind as needed to fully absorb the content. The content of Cranial-Sacral Therapy was thorough and simplistic enough to give a basic understanding that will allow you to incorporate techniques into your practice right away. Research into traumatic brain injury, post-concussion syndrome and even fibromyalgia syndrome are showing the effectiveness of CST. I work with a lot of children with ASD that benefit greatly from CST, as well as other forms of bodywork therapy. Hopefully more research will continue to be done.
